2 oranges

250 g soft dried apricots

150 g flour

100 g brown sugar

60 g softened semi-salted butter

40 g pecan nuts

Cinnamon powder

Cooking time: 20 min
Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces, removing the skins from each quarter.
Cut the apricots into pieces.
Mix together by sprinkling cinnamon on top. Place this preparation in the bottom of a dish.
For the crumble dough:
Mix the flour, sugar and pecans cut into small pieces.
Then add the softened butter. Mix with your fingertips until you get a grainy dough.
Sprinkle this preparation over the fruit and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C, gas mark 6.
Ideally, serve slightly warm, possibly accompanied by a scoop of orange ice cream.
