115 g softened butter
115 g caster sugar
2 eggs
115 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
3 oranges

Cooking time: 30 min
Mix the softened butter with the powdered sugar and eggs.
Add the flour and the sachet of baking powder.
Then add the zest of the oranges.
Add the juice of the 3 oranges.
Butter a dish and put the dough in it.
Bake in a medium oven (gas mark 6/7) on a rotating heat for 20 minutes (or a little longer depending on your oven).
At the exit of the oven, sprinkle this cake with a syrup made with: orange juice + sugar + possibly lemon juice, the whole heated a little to make the syrup.
Baste the cake before decorating with dark chocolate shavings.
