250 g flour 

19 spoonfuls of sweetener (or equivalent in proportion to 100 g of sugar in a dosing device)

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 bag of yeast

125 g low-fat butter at 41% fat content

2 teaspoons of agave syrup (organic section)

50 g of chocolate

Cooking time: 10 min
Mix the flour, sweetener, vanilla sugar, and yeast sachet in a bowl.
Melt the low-fat butter, add the beaten egg and the 2 spoonfuls of agave syrup and then the chocolate chips. Add the whole to the previous mixture.
Knead the whole with a wooden spoon.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (thermostat 7-8) with the rack at the bottom.
Shape the cookies to your liking, taking care to space them apart for baking.
Bake for 9 to 11 min according to the desired baking time, paying close attention to the speed of the final baking.
