Ingredients peach pudding
Number of persons

6 peach halves in syrup

1 egg

2 tablespoons of milk

3 tablespoons of oil

4 tablespoons caster sugar (about 60 g)

5 tablespoons flour (60 g)

3 tablespoons powdered sugar
For the finish :

1 egg

100 g caster sugar

75 g semi-salted butter

Cooking time: 35 min
Preheat your oven to thermostat 6 (180°C).
Butter and sugar a rectangular baking tin (about the size of an A4 sheet of paper).
Drain the peaches in syrup. Cut them into large pieces. Scatter them in the mold.
In a bowl, mix the whole egg with milk, oil, sugar, flour and yeast.
Pour this fluid and smooth dough over the peaches, you will get the thickness of a thin pie. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the finish of the cake: melt the 75 g of butter half salt, then let cool.
