Ingredients peanut butter and jelly pancakes

3 eggs
25 cl milk
120 g flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
40 g butter
5 tablespoons of peanut butter
5 tablespoons of strawberry / raspberry jam
100 g blueberries
3 tablespoons icing sugar
Preparation peanut butter and jelly pancakes

Cooking time: 5 min
Mix the eggs and flour. Add the sugar and salt and gradually dilute the milk.
Mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Butter a pan and cook the pancakes in it.
Spread the pancakes with peanut butter, then place 2 teaspoons of jam in the centre of each pancake. Sprinkle with a few blueberries.
Fold the pancakes in 2 and then again in 2 or roll them up according to your preference.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
