Ingredients peanut butter biscuits

150 g flour
50 g butter
100 g sugar
100 g peanut butter
1 egg
Preparation peanut butter biscuits
Total time: 30 min
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar.
Then add the melted butter and peanut butter and mix well.
Add the flour and work by hand. The dough should form a ball.
If you have cookie cutters:
Spread the dough on the well-floured worktop. For the same baking time, make shapes 1/2 cm thick for crispy cookies, or 1 cm thick for soft cookies.
If you don't have a cookie cutter :
Make small balls of dough and crush them (without pressing too hard) in the palm of your hand.
Place baking paper on the baking sheet and put the biscuits on it.
Bake for 10-15 min at 180°C. The edges of the biscuits should be golden brown.
