3 tablespoons of peanut butter

6 egg whites

150 g caster sugar

80 cl of liquid crème fraîche (4 briquettes)

10 cl milk

30 g brown sugar

Cooking time: 30 min
Bring the milk and cream to the boil in a saucepan and crumble the peanuts.
Preheat the oven to thermostat 4.
In a bowl, whisk the 6 yolks, white and sugar.
Add the cream-milk mixture and the peanut butter without ceasing to whisk.
Divide into 4 ramekins, cook 30 minutes.
Let cool then place in the fridge. Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and grill.
