300 g flour

18 cl milk

1 sachet of baking powder

75 g butter

3 eggs

180 g brown sugar

130 g peanut butter

50 g of chocolate

1 spoonful of peanut butter

1 spoonful of fresh cream




Preparation peanut butter muffin
Total Time: 40 min
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and melted butter.
Stir in the sugar.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the milk little by little.
Incorporate the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Line a mould with butter and flour and pour the mixture into it.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate and a spoonful of peanut butter in a double boiler.
Mix with a whisk and once the chocolate is glossy, add the crème fraîche. Allow to thicken, and dip the top of the muffin once cooked.
