1 shortbread dough

1 bowl of dried beans

200 g dark chocolate broken into small squares

250 ml of liquid cream

Peanut Butter (quantity depends on your preference)


1 small bowl of peanut M&M's (crispy for me)

First heat your oven to 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
During this time, put the shortcrust pastry in a pie tin, then cover it with a sheet of baking paper and pour in the beans.
Make sure they are well distributed over the entire surface of the dough.
Put the dough in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes then remove it from the oven.
Remove the beans and the baking paper and put the dough back in the oven for about 4 min (watch the dough, it should be lightly coloured on the bottom). Remove the dough from the oven.
We will now move on to the filling.
First crumble your m&m's, pour them into a plastic bag or freezer bag and crush them with a knife or rolling pin.
Don't press too hard to keep small pieces of m&m's.
Then heat your peanut butter in a bain marie to make it easier to spread on the dough if necessary, otherwise spread it directly on the dough and then pour the m&m's.
Let's now move on to the chocolate ganache.
Nothing could be simpler, simmer the liquid in a saucepan then pour the chocolate squares off the heat and mix with a whisk.
Then pour the ganache over the tart and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
You can put some m&m's on the tart for decoration and put your tart in the fridge for a few hours.
