Ingredients peanut butter rougail

1 tomato

1 tablespoon peanut butter (mostly unsweetened)

1 small green pepper

1 onion


Preparation peanut butter rougail

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Cook the tomato in a pot of boiling water until the skin cracks.
While the tomato is cooking, chop the onion and crush the green chilli pepper (if no mortar is available, cut it into small pieces).
Once the tomato is cooked, remove the skin and coarsely crush it in the pan emptied of its cooking water.
Lower the heat (very low, at least) and add the onion and chilli pepper to the pan. Stir and then add the tablespoon of peanut butter.
Once all the ingredients are in the pan, simmer, stirring well, for about a minute and then turn off the heat. Add salt (three large pinches).
