Ingredients  pecan brownie

5 eggs

200 g full-bodied chocolate 64

150 g semi-salted butter

4 tablespoons brown sugar

2 packets of vanilla sugar

40 g wholemeal flour

125 g pecan kernel

Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, beat the melted butter (creamy and not liquid) and the sugars.
Add the melted chocolate to the mixture, mixing gently.
Stir in the eggs, stirring quickly so that they do not cook.
Pour in the flour and mix.
Coarsely break the pecans and fold into the batter, mixing well so that they are evenly distributed in the brownie.
Pour the dough into an ungreased non-stick rectangular baking dish and bake for 20 min.
Let the brownie cool and cut into squares.
