40 g butter

30 g flour

1 beef stock cube

Pepper

1 tablespoon tarragon-flavoured vinegar



Preparation
Total Time: 30 min
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min

Make a roux with the butter and flour.
Add 1/4 l of water in one go and mix well.
Add the stock cube, a tablespoon of tarragon vinegar and a teaspoon of mignonette pepper.
Allow to thicken.
Add salt if necessary (normally not necessary because of the stock).
Just before serving, add ground pepper: no, it doesn't duplicate the mignonette pepper!
Take it easy anyway...
