150 dark chocolate 60% cocoa couverture
100 g semi-salted butter
2 eggs
200 g caster sugar
100 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
100 g peeled pistachios, unsalted.

Preheat the oven to 180°c (th.6). Cut the chocolate and butter into pieces. Place them in a bowl and melt them in a bain-marie, taking care not to burn the mixture.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens, add the chocolate and melted butter.
Sift together the flour and baking powder. Add them to the preparation with the pistachios.
Pour the mixture into a square tin (20x20cm) lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, keeping an eye on the baking process. Turn out of the tin and cut into squares.
