Ingredients

200 g chocolate bar (milk or dark)

90 g butter

90 g sugar

90 g flour

3 eggs medium

1/2 sachet of baking powder



Preparation

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
You'll need 30 lollipop sticks and cupcake pans.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Mix the sugar and melted butter.
Add the eggs, then the flour and baking powder.
Fill the half spheres (special pop cake moulds) to the brim.
Cover with the other part provided for this purpose.
Bake for 10/15 min (depending on the type of oven).
Remove from the oven, leave to cool for 10 min and carefully remove from the moulds, you'll get pretty balls!
For the chocolate icing :
Melt the chocolate in the microwave (about 30 to 40 sec).
Take a stick, dip it in the chocolate, then push it into the ball at least up to the middle.
Then dip the top of the lollipop in the chocolate and turn it slightly.
Finally, add some "perlimpinpin".
Put the lollipops on a display (a cardboard box covered with aluminium foil for example).
Repeat the operation for all the lollipops, and voilĂ ! Nice and above all delicious pop-cakes!
