Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7) for 10 min.
During this time, put the roast that your butcher has dropped in a high rim oven dish. Pour the oil, put the hazelnut butter on the meat and put the water and garlic on the side of the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Put in the oven for about 45 min. After 25 to 30 min, and regularly, take the roast out of the oven to moisten it with the cooking juices and add a little water if necessary. After 45 min your roast should be well cooked through, golden brown on top and very tender.
