Ingredients pork tenderloin peanut sauce

1 pork roast of about 400 g

75 g smoked bacon

1/2 onion

3 teaspoons of peanut butter

2 tomatoes

1 vegetable stock cube

1 teaspoon of oil

40 cl of water

Preparation pork tenderloin peanut sauce
Total time: 1 hour
Prep time: 25 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Cut the pork roast into thick slices (1 per person).
In a frying pan, brown the bacon without fat and then add the chopped onion.
When the onions are translucent, remove the onion / bacon mixture from the pan and brown the slices of pork roast on both sides.
When the slices are coloured, add the onions and bacon.
Crumble the vegetable stock into the pan and add 40 cl of water.
Dissolve the peanut butter in the pan.
Add the diced tomatoes to the preparation.
Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes.
At the end of cooking, remove the lid to let the sauce thicken.
Serve with rice
