3 eggs

160 g flour

125 g sugar

125 g semi-salted butter

1/3 bag of baking powder

150 g of crushed pink praline



Preparation praline cake
Time Total: 1h05
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 50 min
Preheat the oven to 240°C (thermostat 8).
Mix the sugar and softened butter and add the eggs 1 by 1.
Add the flour and baking powder and the pralines.
Leave the preparation to rest for 15 minutes then put it in an ungreased cake tin.
Bake at 240°C (gas mark 8) for 5 minutes, then lower the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6) and leave to cook for 45 minutes.
Turn out of the mould when taken out of the oven.
