24 prawns (6 per person)

4 sprigs of coriander

2 limes

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 chopped clove of garlic

2 teaspoons red curry paste

2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter

50 cl coconut milk

Preparation prawns in satay sauce

Cooking time: 5 min
Shell the prawns (leave the tail).
Prepare the marinade with the stripped and chopped coriander, the juice of the limes, the olive oil and the clove of garlic. Mix and leave to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Boil the coconut milk, add the peanut butter, cook for 2 min while stirring, add the curry paste and cook for 2 min while stirring. Keep warm.
Cook the prawns in a frying pan for 2 min on each side.
Put the sauce in bowls, serve the prawns separately.
Serve with basmati rice.
