Polka bread (unleavened bread or bread with the crumb removed)
100 g semi-salted butter
5 cloves of garlic

Cut the bread lengthwise.
In 100 g of semi-salted butter, add 5 chopped garlic cloves and pepper.
Spread the mixture along the length of the bread and close it. Cook it in a hot oven (thermostat 6) for 10 minutes.
To taste hot with a Pineau des Charentes.
