2 eggs

50 cl skimmed milk

100 g low-fat Emmental cheese

100 g flour

150 g diced ham (shoulder)

150 g smoked bacon

Lightened butter for the mould

Total Time: 35 min
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) for a rotary heat oven, 210°C (thermostat 7) otherwise.
Pour all ingredients into a tightly sealed container.
Close the container and shake it firmly until all the ingredients are combined (about 1 min).
Butter a pie tin and pour the mixture into it.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with a green salad.
