1 short pastry or puff pastry

250 g leek

25 cl fresh cream

20 cl milk

4 eggs

50 g butter

Nutmeg

Breadcrumbs

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Wash and cut the leek whites into sections.
Cook them in a frying pan covered with butter.
and some water for about 20 minutes.
Once cooked, mash them with a fork.
Spread the dough in a mold, prick it with a fork.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the purée of leeks.
Beat the eggs with the cream and milk, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Pour over the leeks and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 40 min in a preheated oven at 220°C (gas mark 7-8).
