4 potatoes
2 bars of chicken broth
1 onion
30 g butter
4 tablespoons of cream
Pepper

Cooking time: 20 min
Peel and chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings. Wash the radish tops.
Melt the butter in a casserole dish. Fry the onion without browning it. Add the potatoes and radish tops. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the stock. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
At the last moment add the cream and mix.
