100 g semi-salted butter


125 g raspberries


1 tablespoon icing sugar


30 corn starch


90 g brown sugar


3 eggs


120 g flour


1/2 sachet of baking powder


5 cl milk



Preparation raspberry cake
Total Time: 1 h
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Take the butter out of the fridge 45 min beforehand.
Preheat your oven to 180 °C (thermostat 6).
Dissolve the starch in the milk in a ramekin.
In a salad bowl, work the butter and sugar.
Add the eggs one by one, then pour in the flour, baking powder and diluted cornstarch. Mix well.
Butter a mold, pour the preparation.
Set aside a few raspberries for decoration and place the rest on top of the preparation by pushing them lightly.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Decorate with icing sugar and raspberries.
