250 g round rice

1 lawyer

Cooking time: 25 min
Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Crush the flesh with a fork. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter, lemon juice, Espelette pepper, salt and pepper and mix.
Boil water with the thyme and oregano.
Heat the olive oil over low heat and fry the rice until it becomes translucent.
Add a ladle of simmering water and stir until the rice has absorbed the liquid, then stir again until the rice is cooked al dente (about 20 min).
