1 pork roast of about 1kg
25 g butter
3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 bay leaves
Thyme
25 cl white wine
50 cl of water
Salt
Pepper
Preparation

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Put the butter to melt in a cast iron casserole.
Brown the finely cut shallots.
Add the meat and brown it.
Add the garlic cloves, salt and pepper to the meat.
Pour the wine, put the bay leaf in the sauce and sprinkle the meat with thyme.
Add the water.
Simmer for about 1h30 on low heat.
Turn the meat from time to time.
