75 g flour
50 g semi-salted butter
1 egg
50 g Roquefort cheese
25 g grated county
20 g hazelnuts
1/2 teaspoon of yeast

Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Crush the hazelnuts and cut the Roquefort into pieces.
Mix the flour, baking powder and butter into an ointment.
Add the whole egg, hazelnuts, then the Roquefort cheese and grated Comté cheese, and mix well.
Shape the cookies by hand and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Cook for 13 minutes and serve warm or cold.
