1 sweet pepper
2 salmon steaks
1 shallot
1 melon
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon chilli purée
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh chives
Fleur de sel
Pepper
200 g pasta
Preparation Salmon melon peanut

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Mix half of the melon with peanut butter, lemon juice, chilli purée, pepper, salt.
Grill the minced pepper in a lightly oiled frying pan. Season with salt. Set aside.
Cook the pasta (or rice) according to your usual preferences.
Cook the salmon on both sides in the same skillet, 2 to 4 minutes per side.
Arrange, sprinkle with fresh chives.
