170 g corn flakes
200 g butter
1 tablespoon of coffee extract or 1 sachet of Italian soluble coffee
300 g of chocolate
125 g icing sugar

Cooking time: 5 min
Melt the butter in a saucepan placed in a water bath and stir until creamy. Add the coffee and the chocolate cut into small pieces.
Work until the cream is smooth; add icing sugar while stirring.
Pour the cornflakes into a large bowl, add the chocolate cream and mix without breaking the cornflake petals.
The petals should all be coated.
Form small rocks (with 2 spoons) and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Let the sand roses rest 10 min before serving.
* You can replace the coffee extract by the zest of half an orange, the zest should be grated very fine. For a nice presentation, you can form the sand roses directly in small baking tins made of baking paper.
