Ingredients satay sauce

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon of fennel

2 crushed garlic cloves

100 g peanut butter

1 tablespoon rice syrup (or 1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey)

1 green chilli pepper, deseeded and finely chopped

150 g of coconut cream diluted in 50cl of hot water

3 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation satay sauce
Total Time: 15 min
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Heat the wok over high heat, then put the 3 crushed seeds in it and stir for 2 minutes.
Add the garlic, peanut butter, chilli, coconut milk, and sugar (or syrup or honey). Turn well and cook 7/8 minutes over medium heat.
Add the lemon juice. Keep warm while preparing the dish.
