200 g semi-salted butter at room temperature

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Heat the oven to 200°, thermostat 6-7.
- Thaw scallops in milk at room temperature.
Once thawed, place them on absorbent paper.
- Mix the butter with the garlic, parsley and salt if necessary, using as much as you like.
- Place one nut per shell, add a small teaspoon of the butter/condiment mixture.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 min.
