12 scallops with coral

30 g semi-salted butter

2 onions

1 clove of garlic

Fresh button mushrooms (quantity according to taste)

Parsley

20 cl single cream

1 pinch of cumin

Breadcrumbs

Preparation time: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Fry the onions and garlic, coarsely chopped, in butter for a few minutes and then add the mushrooms.
Mix and leave to fry for 1 minute. Add the scallops and the parsley for 2 mn then add the cream.
Put the whole in a gratin dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grill for a few moments.
Once golden, you can serve (very good with fresh tagliatelle).
