25 tablespoons of flour

7 tablespoons soft butter

1 tablespoon of yeast

5 pinches of salt

1/2 glass of milk

1 egg yolk

Cooking time: 15 min
Put the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix everything together.
Pour in the milk. Add the butter and knead gently.
Turn on the oven at 220°C (thermostat 7). When everything is well mixed, spread the dough in a layer about 3 cm thick.
Make circles in the dough with a glass.
Brush them with the egg yolk.
Cook the scones for 12 to 15 minutes.
