4 chicken breasts
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 small can of tomato paste
3 tablespoons of single cream
1 chicken broth
1 teaspoon ginger
1 spoonful of parsley sugar
1 teaspoon of chilli (sweet or hot, depending on taste)
2 glasses of water
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Fry the meat cut into pieces in oil without grilling it.
Once it is blanched, add the chopped onion with a glass of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken stock. When it has melted, add the tomato concentrate.
In half a glass of hot water: mix ginger, chilli pepper and parsley. Add to the preparation.
Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the liquid cream and simmer for 1 min, then add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
Stir gently and leave on the baking sheet for a good 5 min.
