300 g flour

60 g low-fat butter

2 eggs

20 cl milk

1 sachet of yeast

200 g salmon

100 g feta cheese

50 g goat log

100 g spinach

2 tablespoons low-fat crème fraîche

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Preheat the oven to 180°c (th6).
Mix flour, baking powder, eggs and milk.
Add the melted butter and mix to obtain a homogeneous dough.
In another bowl mix the salmon scraps, spinach, goat's cheese and feta cheese and crush with the back of a fork.
Add the fresh cream and mix the whole (you can leave some cheese or salmon lumps) add the lemon and mix.
Incorporate the filling into the dough to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Fill the moulds 3/4 full (if your moulds are not made of silicone, butter and flour them).
Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
