400 g sweetened condensed milk

200 g dark chocolate for dessert.

150 g semi-salted butter

Cooking time: 20 min
Melt the chocolate broken into pieces with the butter over a very low heat.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and leave to cook for 20 minutes over a very low heat, stirring constantly (very important and worth it).
Cover the bottom of a square tin with baking paper. Pour the preparation and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (one night is better).
Cut into small squares, peel them from the paper and keep them in the fridge.
