500 g cake flour

180 g caster sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

3 egg yolks + 1 for browning

250 g semi-salted butter

20 cl milk

2 handfuls of raisins

Rum

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Preheat the oven to thermostat 5-6 (170°C).
Mix together the sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. Add the 3 egg yolks and melted butter, mix.
Add the milk and the drained raisins.
Spread the dough in 2 small cake moulds, spread the remaining egg yolk over it.
Bake for 1 hour, then wait for cooling before unmoulding.
