Ingredients sweet potato crumble
Number of persons

1 sweet potato

1 tablespoon of olive oil

40 g wheat flour

40 g semi-salted butter

40 g grated Parmesan cheese


Preparation sweet potato crumble
Total time: 2h10
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 2 hours
Cut the washed sweet potato in half lengthwise.
Grid the flesh and pour a drizzle of olive oil.
Place in an oven at 180°C for 1h30 (depending on the size).
On a baking sheet, work the flour, semi-salted butter and Parmesan cheese with your fingertips until you obtain a sandy texture. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Hollow out the sweet potato, keeping the outside intact so that it can be used as a container.
Purée the inside of the sweet potato.
Fill the mashed sweet potato with mashed potatoes. Cover with crumble.
