4 leeks

2 onions

1 bottle of sweet soy sauce (125 ml)

200 g peanut butter

2 cloves of garlic

500 g chicken cutlet

500 g tagliatelle

Cooking time: 15 min
Cut the cutlets into small pieces.
Split the leeks in half and cut them into large chunks.
Chop the onions into small pieces.
Fry the poultry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Once cooked, set aside on a plate.
Put the onions and leeks in a frying pan and fry them with a little oil and 2 or 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce.
After 5 min, add the meat, stir and leave on medium heat for 2 or 3 min.
Cook the pasta.
Prepare the peanut butter sauce:
Put the peanut butter in a saucepan, add 60 ml of sweet soy sauce, crushed garlic and a glass of water.
Heat over low heat and mix well.
Add water while stirring until the preparation no longer has an oily, shiny appearance.
Mix the tagliatelle with the leeks and onions.
Serve on plates and accompany with a few spoonfuls of peanut sauce.
