500 g butter

300 g almond powder

300 g sugar

100 g icing sugar

2 eggs

10 cl of iced water

10 cl orange blossom water

1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon

1 small pinch of s

Cooking time: 20 min
In a bowl, knead the flour, butter, salt and water. Let stand for 1 hour.
Separately, mix the almond powder with the sugar, egg, half of the orange flower water and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough and cut into 8 cm squares. Place some of the filling on one of the corners of the squares and roll into a croissant.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Moisten with the rest of the orange blossom water and roll in icing sugar.
