1 shortcrust pastry

100 g white chocolate

50 g milk chocolate

2 tablespoons of peanut butter, well full

2 tablespoons of chestnut cream

50 cl thick crème fraîche

1 pinch of pepper



Preparation the lovers pie

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Spread the shortcrust pastry in a heart-shaped pan. Preheat the oven Th 6 (180 ºC).
Mix the peanut butter, chestnut cream, crème fraîche and pepper until you obtain a smooth dough.
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with 1 tablespoon of water.
Add the melted chocolate to the mixture made previously and pour it into the mould.
Bake for twenty minutes.
