1 ready-made puff pastry and its baking sheet

2 apples

20 g semi-salted butter

3 tablespoons of sugar

BE CAREFUL, THERE IS NO MOULD FOR THIS PIE WHICH IS BAKED DIRECTLY ON THE OVEN RACK!
Leave the dough on its baking sheet and place it directly on the oven rack (no pie tin for this tart).
Cut the apples into very thin slices and cover the dough 1 cm from the edge, without overlapping them.
Sprinkle with small pieces of butter.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Put your rack back in the hot oven (thermostat 6-7) at mid-height.
1 or 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time put on the grill position thermostat 9, the apples will caramelize .
Take out and enjoy warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
This dry tart also goes very well on its own with a small coffee at the end of the meal.
