Number of persons
for the crumble:

100 g of flour

100 g semi-salted butter

120 g brown sugar

50 g almond powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 sachet of vanilla sugar
For the cream:

250 g mascarpone

3 eggs

75 g sugar

Preparation tiramisu crumble

Prep time: 25 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Prepare the crumble: put the flour, diced butter, vanilla sugar, brown sugar, almond powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix everything with your fingertips to obtain a slightly compact sandy dough. On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, spread out the mixture and put it in the oven for 20 min at 200°C.
In the meantime, put the 3 egg yolks with the sugar and mix. Then add the mascarpone to the sugar-egg mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mascarpone cream.
Once the crumble is cooked, let it cool down.
Take 6 cups or other and make a crumble layer, a cream layer, a crumble layer and finally a cream layer. Put in the fridge at least 4 hours before serving.
