600 g dark chocolate pastry

100 g semi-salted butter

2 tablespoons of milk

2 egg yolks

1 good tablespoon cream of whisky or Baileys

Cooking time: 8 min
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Add the milk and butter and mix until smooth.
Remove from the heat and add the egg yolks, mix everything together, the dough becomes very homogeneous.
Finally add the cream of whisky or Baileys and mix.
Place the container in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Form the truffles with a small spoon, roll them in the cocoa and place on a dish with a few mint leaves.
