5 Pink Lady apples

100 g soft butter

100 g caster sugar

6 eggs

350 g caster sugar

1 packet of small read

25 cl milk

25 cl single cream

Preparation apples returned to petits lu

Cooking time: 40 min
Caramelise the apples, peeled and quartered, with 100 g sugar and 100 g butter.
Once caramelized, drain them of their cooking juices.
Preheat the oven to 180° C (gas mark 6).
Mix the eggs with the sugar. Stir in the milk and cream. Coarsely mix the Petits Lu in crumbs and incorporate them into the egg mixture.
In casserole dishes, place three-quarters of the apples and cover with the Petit Lu.
Put in the oven and cook for 40 min.
