70 g arborio rice
1/2 onion
5 cl white wine
5 g soft butter
1/2 cube of Poultry
1 pinch of fleur de sel
1 carrot
Parmesan
5 cl single cream
Hazelnuts
Raisins
5 cl walnut oil
drizzle of lemon juice
Preparation autumn risotto with dried fruits

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Heat the chicken stock in a pot of boiling water.
Peel and chop the onion.
Crush the hazelnuts.
Wash the carrots and cut them into small rings. Add a drizzle of lemon juice.
Fry the carrots, onion, hazelnuts and raisins in a pan with a little walnut oil.
Add the risotto rice to the pan and deglaze with white wine.
When the rice is cooked, pour it into a soup plate, add the contents of the pan with a little single cream, parmesan cheese and a pinch of fleur de sel.
And then ..: Buon appetito!
