2 ripe bananas

100 g brown sugar

80 g soft butter

2 eggs

250 g flour

1 sachet of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

2 tablespoons of cocoa

4 cl milk

Cooking time: 15 min
Blend (or mash) the bananas with 50 g of brown sugar, set aside.
Blend the butter and eggs with a mixer.
Add 50 g of brown sugar, mix then pour in the banana purée. Blend.
In a bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder and salt. Pour all at once into the first mixture and mix coarsely.
Separate the dough in half and add the cocoa in one of the bowls. If necessary, add 4 cl of milk to obtain an "all chocolate" dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (gas mark 6).
In the muffin tins, place the banana paste and then the cocoa paste (fill 3/4 of the height of the tin).
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Let cool before unmoulding and tasting.
