600 g ground beef

1 package of lasagna pasta

3 yellow onions

2 cloves of garlic

1 celery stalk

1 carrot

800 g tomato puree

20 cl red wine

70 g grated cheese

125 g Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of olive oil

2 bay leaves

1 teaspoon of thyme

1 teaspoon basil

25 g soft butter

Cooking time: 42 min
Prepare 2 doses of béchamel.
Peel, then slice the carrot and celery in the multi-function bowl installed on the intermediate outlet / coarse slicing disc / vit. 3 / 10 sec. Set aside.
Slice the onions in the multifunction bowl on the intermediate outlet / coarse slicer / speed 3 / 10 sec.
Brown them in olive oil in the bowl of your Cooking Chef with the pressed garlic, carrot, celery and meat with the blender tool / 6 min / 100 °C / vat. 2.
Add the red wine. Cook until evaporation with the blender / 6 min / 100 °C / vitreous. 3.
Add the tomato puree, 15 cl water and herbs. Add salt and pepper, then cook again with the blender / 30 min / 90 °C /gas. 3.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 6-7).
Butter the dish. Place a layer of béchamel, then sheets of lasagne, Bolognese, béchamel and parmesan. Repeat the operation 3 times. Finish with sheets of pastry, covered with béchamel and cheese.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
