200 g light corn syrup (or cane sugar)

200 g brown sugar

120 g soft butter

200 g heavy cream

1 pinch of salt

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 5 min
This sauce doesn't keep long: prepare it at the last minute. Put the corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt in a saucepan. Melt the mixture over low heat and heat until it boils. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 3 to 4 minutes, then gradually stir in the thick crème fraîche. Serve.
