Maple syrup (125 ml)

Poultry broth (125 ml)

Fresh cream 35% (45 ml)

Melt the butter over low heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then gently fry them in a pan for about 6 minutes on each side. Keep warm.
In the skillet, lightly cook the sliced leeks, then add the maple syrup and chicken broth.
Let the cooking juices reduce by half.
Add the fresh cream. Check the seasoning.
Place the chicken breasts on a serving platter and generously top with the sauce.
