Chocolate and Spice Moisturizer in the Microwave
Ingredients chocolate and spice moisturizer in the microwave

200 g of chocolate or 1 bar (rather rich in cocoa)
200 g soft butter + 1 hazelnut
200 g brown sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
5 eggs
2 cloves
1 pod of cardamom, skinned
1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Cooking time: 6 min
Butter a fairly large microwaveable dish with the buttercream.
Put the butter and the broken chocolate in a microwaveable dish and melt for about 2.5 minutes. Mix well.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until the mixture foams.
Grind the cloves and cardamom seeds.
Stir all the spices into the egg-sugar mixture.
Stir the chocolate paste into the butter-sugar-spice mixture. Be careful to pour the hot chocolate paste gradually at the beginning.
Pour the mixture into the buttered mould and cook for 6 minutes in the microwave on full power.
Leave to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before unmoulding.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
NB: For those who do not wish to put the spices, the preparation also works; try to keep at least the vanilla.
